Wilson adds the company is seeing a lot of growth from institutions and government projects over the past five years and would continue focusing on these segments, as well as healthcare and residential.

After all, laminates is one of the most durable surfacing materials on the market that stands up to everyday wear and tear, which is an important requisite for healthcare interiors, and they are also chemical-resistant, and easy to clean.

“We fell very positive about the Asean and Asian markets,” says Wilson.

“The Beamwood is from a beautiful vintage wooden bridge which used to link Thailand and Myanmar,” she says, “The wood is scanned into our HPL design, incorporating both beauty and high functionality. The second design is Planked Elm, which is ideal for the Malaysian and Singaporean markets for its keen interest in industrial chic and rustic chic.”
